Why host a meet

What one evening does for your venue

An ad runs once. A room full of creators tells your story from twenty different phones, to twenty different audiences, in the same week.

A full room on the night

Creators, their plus-ones and the energy of a busy space. Walk-in diners notice it too.

Content from every guest

Stories during the visit and reels in the days after, covering your food, decor, rooms and service from every angle.

New faces at the door

Each creator brings a local following that may never have heard of you. Discovery turns into reservations.

Proof you can point to

Tagged posts become social proof to repost, pin and share whenever someone asks what your place is like.

Who it's for

How it works

Your kitchen focuses on service. The rest is handled.

From the guest list to the last story going live, one point of contact runs the meet so your team doesn't have to.

  1. Share the brief

Venue, city, date and what you want from the evening: footfall, a launch, or bookings.

  2. Build the guest list

Food, lifestyle, travel and family creators matched to your cuisine, price point and crowd.

  3. Plan the experience

Tasting menu or stay, seating, timings and the best corners of your venue for photos.

  4. Host the meet

Creators arrive and are coordinated on the day, so your staff can stay on the floor.

  5. Content goes live

Stories during the visit, reels over the following days, and a recap of everything posted.

Questions

Before you book

Which cities are covered?

Meets run across Rajasthan. The deepest creator network is in Jaipur, with regular work in Pushkar and other cities on request.

How many creators should we invite?

Start from your seating and your goal. A café usually suits 10 to 20 creators, a restaurant launch 20 to 50, and a hotel or resort can host larger groups across a day or a weekend.

What does the venue provide?

Usually the experience itself: a tasting menu, drinks or a stay. Creator selection, invitations and coordination on the day are handled for you.

When does the content go live?

Stories usually go up during the visit, and reels follow over the next few days. A recap of what was posted is shared after the meet.

How early should we plan?

As early as you can. Larger meets need more time to build the guest list, and weekends and festival dates fill up first.
